post and ½ pad to the post

LARGE BOX DRILL—for
correct skating techniques

SMALL BOX DRILL—for
speed and conditioning

skating correctness and flow

You can add pucks to many of these
drills when appropriate but remember—stopping them is not
critical—proper movement is critical
